How to prepare Cheese Garlic Naan: Step 1) Begin by having all-purpose flour, baking powder, wheat flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and yoghurt in a big vessel. Combine all the ingredients with the expected amount of water & knead to a smooth dough. Coat it with one tbsp of oil & knead one more time to smoothen out the dough. Close the dough with a damp cloth for around one hour. Step 2) Meantime, in another vessel, have minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese. You could have slightly more of salt into the stuffing if required. Combine all the ingredients properly & put it beside for a while. Remove the damp cloth post an hour, & knead again for one minute. Then, take tiny equal size balls from the dough & flatten these out with a rolling pin over a flour dusted exterior. Step 3) Now, take a spoonful of garlic-cheese mixture & stuff the rolled out the dough. Cover the dough & prepare a ball. Then, roll it out into the shape of a disc. Then, heat the vessel with one tbsp of oil on a moderate flame & roast the naan on each side. Cook till it becomes golden and crisp. When done, place it onto a dish & serve it hot with some gravy or raita to enjoy!
