Using them for making a pickle is itself an interesting Idea. And, once you will taste it, you will fall in love with it. Simple and fewer ingredients are used to make such a tasty pickle. Its easy to make and takes around half an hour for preparation and extra 24 hours for resting, to absorb the flavours properly. This is the must try pickle and its taste remains remember for longer period. Ingredients Required:-
1) First, take around 1 poundred grapes and remove from the step. Then wash them properly. 2) Now cut the end side of the stem from the grapes and keep them aside. 3) Then take a saucepan and add sugar, water and vinegar. Put on the high flame and wait for a boil. 4) Take a clean jar and put all the spices at the bottom end of it. 5) Now place all the trimmed grapes on the spices into the quart jar. 6) Next, Pour hot vinegar mixture into the jar from the top. (Pour like such that all the grapes get marinated properly. 7) And then keep the grapes aside until they cool enough. 8) Then cover the jar with the lid and place it into the refrigerator for around 24 hours. So that, they get marinated properly and absorb all the flavours inside. 9) After then, you can enjoy your red grape pickle.
